Houston, TX – WRM enthusiastically welcomes Bill Baker as the new Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Bill’s passion for superior customer service made him a great fit with WRM. Prior to WRM Southwaste, Bill occupied the role of National Sales Manager for Alimak Group, the world’s largest industrial elevator company, and grew the After Sales business from 7.2m to 30.0m in 6 years.  He managed business in Canada, USA, Mexico and Brazil.  Prior to moving to Texas, Bill served as Corporate Sales Manager for Van-Devanter Engineering, a Midwest engineering firm with disciplines in water/waste-water pumping systems.

Bill specializes in market growth, margins, account retention and sales training.  Bill has experience in waste-water treatment, elevators, Wind Farms and high-rise BMU’s.  He is Sandler Sales Management and Gitomer sales system trained. Bill attended Southeast Missouri State University and American Association of Industrial Management.
