Driving Positions

Our Vacuum Drivers work locally and operate specialized vacuum trucks to collect and transport various types of liquid and solid waste, including industrial by-products, sewage, and other materials. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and effective communication with clients and team members.

Waste Resource Management (WRM) is a holding company that focuses on environmental services, such as liquid waste recycling. Our portfolio of companies includes SouthWaste, Silver City Processing, and McDonald Farms with operations in TX, CO, FL, and NV. We provide comprehensive solutions for liquid waste generators and transportation clients.
Join us in our mission of SAVING WATER, PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT! Our drivers work an average of 55 hours weekly.
The Vacuum Driver works locally and operates specialized vacuum trucks to collect and transport various types of liquid and solid waste, including industrial by-products, sewage, and other materials. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and effective communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications

HS Diploma and/or GED and a minimum of 1 year of driving experience operating a class A commercial motor vehicle with a tanker endorsement
-
Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License (CDL-A) with a Tanker Endorsement

LAS VEGAS ONLY – Must be authorized to operate a manual transmission
-
Ability to work overnight shift
-
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
-
No more than 1 at-fault vehicle accident in the previous 5 years
-
Ability to successfully complete a background check, including, but is not limited to, verification of criminal history, employment history, and educational credentials.

Ability to pass a drug screening will be subject to random drug tests during employment.

Good roadside inspection history

Ability to operate and troubleshoot vacuum trucks and related machinery.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
