Houston, TX – WRM has decided to begin offering enhanced plumbing services in all of its markets. Currently, emergency and preventative maintenance hydro jetting are available in select markets while enhanced plumbing services including plumbing repairs, grease trap repair and replacement, lift station maintenance and repair, and other services were available on a limited basis. WRM has now built up the infrastructure to offer these services at a quality level worthy of the company name in all markets.
Richard Hernandez was tapped to lead this effort based on his proven ability to bootstrap new ventures as he did with UPS in Latin America. “This is a great opportunity to serve our existing customers in new and innovative ways. WRM has always focused on meeting customer needs with a high level of responsiveness. This will allow us to meet all of our customers’ commercial plumbing needs ‘from the drain to the main.’”
The move is expected to differentiate WRM from other competitors who are offering only grease trap services as most grease trap overflows are due to clogs and plumbing issues and not the trap itself. Further, WRM will be differentiated from plumbers in the lift station arena as many lift station issues require that the liquid waste be pumped out to properly service the lift station.
WRM is a leader in the liquid waste transportation, processing, and recycling industry with operations in Texas, Florida, Nevada, and Illinois.
