San Antonio, TX – WRM, Inc. announced the acquisition of SOS Liquid Waste Haulers, Ltd Co., SOS Enviro Services, LLC, and Partners Dewatering International, LC. This acquisition will strengthen WRM’s hold on the central Texas markets of Austin and San Antonio while expanding WRM’s service capabilities through the addition of plumbing services and by adding grit trap waste processing to WRM’s central Texas region.

“We really like how SOS has deepened customer relationships by offering more and more services to the customer base. We will look to leverage that to grow WRM going forward,” says Dwayne Clarke, CEO of WRM. The newly acquired company will operate under the Southwaste brand in the central Texas area. Current Southwaste customers will enjoy an expansion of services and added expertise in commercial plumbing. Current SOS customers can expect a faster turnaround time on receiving manifests and invoices when they are serviced.

The acquisition will further advance WRM goal to be the leading national provider of liquid waste transportation, processing, and recycling services. The SOS acquisition will add over 3,000 traps and almost 18 million gallons to WRM’s volume. WRM is a leader in the liquid waste transportation, processing, and recycling industry with operations in Texas, Florida, Nevada, and Illinois.
